El mueble como objeto, el objeto como generador del espacio.
El proyecto parte de una geometría preexistente irregular y compleja, salpicada por una estructura puntual y restrictiva. El programa, completo pero flexible y, la longitud de fachada y su luz, la mayor oportunidad.
Con todo esto, la propuesta propone resolver el espacio mediante la definición de una pieza central que recoge la estructura más estricta y alberga en su interior el estar de la vivienda. Este elemento, entendido como objeto a observar, mobiliario a utilizar y espacio del que disfrutar, se manifiesta como un lugar amable, vinculado con cada uno de sus estancias contiguas y definiéndolas a su vez.
La fachada, libre de obstáculos puede ser recorrida con continuidad, dejando que su luz penetre e invada el interior, conéctandose con la fachada del patio interior y garantizando así la correcta ventilación cruzada y el confort térmico de la vivienda.
Un elemento aparentemente sencillo y definido con precisión será el encargado de dar sentido a la complejidad que le rodea.
The furniture as an object, the object as a generator of space.
The project starts from an irregular and complex pre-existing geometry, defined by a punctual and restrictive structure. The program, complete but flexible and the length of the facade and its light, the main opportunity.
With all this, the proposal proposes to resolve the space by defining a central piece that includes the strictest structure and the living space of the house inside. This element, understood as an object to be observed, furniture to use and a space to enjoy, manifests itself as a friendly place, linked to each of its adjoining rooms and defining them too.
The façade, free of obstacles, can be walked continuously, letting its light penetrate and invade the interior, connecting with the façade of the interior patio and guaranteeing the correct cross ventilation and thermal comfort.
An apparently simple and precisely defined element will be in charge of making sense of the complexity that surrounds it.
