La envolvente y el objeto.
Una compleja compleja situación existente debido a la geometría de la planta y a la ubicación de sus dependencias fijas plantea un reto difícil de resolver. Una pieza clara, contundente y ubicada en el centro del proyecto consigue articular los espacios de día y noche a la vez que organiza los espacios de circulación. En su interior, los espacios cerrados encuentran su lugar permitiendo a los espacios servidos ubicarse en un ámbito u otro de la vivienda.
Esta pieza central, entendida como un elemento de mobiliario fijo consigue hacer desaparecer los problemas iniciales, permitiendo que su claridad y autonomía formal y geométrica pongan en valor la irregularidad del perímetro, donde cada uso encuentra su lugar, acorde a las necesidades de su tamaño y función.
Un elemento para convertir en orden el desorden.
The envelope and the object.
A complex existing situation due to the geometry of the plant and the location of its fixed dependencies implies a difficult challenge to solve. A clear, powerful piece located in the center of the project manages to articulate the day and night spaces while organizing the circulation spaces. Inside, the closed spaces find their place allowing the served spaces to be located in one area or another of the house.
This central piece, understood as a fixed piece of furniture, manages to make the initial problems disappear, allowing its clarity and formal and geometric autonomy to highlight the irregularity of the perimeter, where each use finds its place, according to the needs of its size and function.
An element to turn disorder into order.
