Pensar sin añadir, construir sin revestir.
El proyecto nace de la rehabilitación de una vivienda sin uso ni mantenimiento los anteriores 50 años y con la premisa de austeridad y crudeza en su materialidad y planteamiento. Ningún exceso ni funcional ni económico. Geometría y luz dan forma al espacio y acompañan a las decisiones constructivas en precisión y definición.
Sólo lo necesario es lo importante y cada decisión es clave en el desarrollo del proyecto.
Hacer lo mínimo para conseguir lo máximo, con recursos medidos y cercanos, son la constante en el desarrollo del proyecto en cada una de sus escalas.

Thinking without adding, building without covering.
The project was born from the rehabilitation of a house without use or maintenance the previous 50 years and with the premise of austerity and harshness in its materiality and approach. No excess, neither functional nor economic. Geometry and light shape the space and accompany constructive decisions in precision and definition.
Only what is necessary is important and each decision is key in the development of the project.
Doing the minimum to achieve the maximum, with measured and close resources, are the constant in the development of the project at each of its scales.
