El proyecto pretende responder a una esquina de manzana donde un alzado continuo, sin aristas, se ofrece para ser visto desde todos los ángulos, sin priorizar una mirada sobre otra. La curva, entendida como linea sin discontinuidad se convierte en la herramienta de trabajo para una vivienda que pretende formar parte del entorno que la rodea.
Un zócalo de ladrillo resuelve el encuentro con la cota 0 y da apoyo el elemento continuo y estratégicamente perforado para manifestar la riqueza espacial de su interior.
En su interior, la vivienda no obedece a órdenes preestablecidos, permitiendo a la sección descubrir espacios y vincularlos entre ellos para mantener la luz natural y la mirada siempre en movimiento.
The project aims to respond to a corner where a continuous elevation, without edges, is offered to be seen from all angles, without prioritizing one look over another. The curve, understood as a line without discontinuity or startles, becomes the working tool for a house that pretends to be part of the environment that surrounds it.
A brick basement solves the relationship with level 0 and supports the continuous and strategically perforated element to express the spatial richness of its interior.
Inside, the house does not obey pre-established orders, allowing the section to discover spaces and link them together to maintain natural light and the view always in movement.
