Rehabitar en vez de rehabilitar.
Este proyecto no pretende ser un hotel sino una unidad residencial, un lugar donde cada usuario se pueda sentir habitante y no visitante. El edificio, situado en pleno corazón de la ciudad ya posee de su propia historia y presencia, por lo que la propuesta se centra en reconocer sus valores para poder potenciarlos y devolverlos a la ciudad.
Un cuerpo de circulaciones verticales, compactado y conectado, permite liberar las fachadas para poder vivirlas al completo desde su interior. La tipología habitacional, variable en metros y número de usuarios, mantiene el criterio de permanecer retirada del lienzo existente, volcando sus vistas hacia la ciudad a través de él.
Una vez más, intervenir en lo existente permite la oportunidad en poner en valor que ya tenemos y dotarle de la vida que lo devuelva a su juventud.

Re-inhabit instead of rehabilitate.
This project does not pretend to be a hotel, it´s a residential unit, a place where each user can feel like an inhabitant and not a visitor. The building, located in the heart of the city, already has its own history and presence, so the proposal focuses on recognizing its values ​​in order to enhance and return them to the city.
A piece of vertical circulations, compacted and connected, allows the facades to be freed up in order to be able to fully experience them from the inside. The room typology, variable in meters and number of users, maintains the criterion of remaining behind of the existing canvas, directing its views towards the city through it.
Once again, intervening in what already exists allows the opportunity to put in value that we already have and endow it with life that returns it to its youth.
